Thank you for visiting my site – BirdDogFlightSystem.com.
I’d like to tell you about myself, my background in real estate, and why I created this system. You don’t have to read it and I don’t want to be that guy who is trying to sell you a house or sell you something because I get paid to do it. I actually like what I do and I’m very good at it – when I was 15 I learned from my mentor that it’s a sacred duty to affect as many people as possible and contribute to a greater cause. So I’ve always planned to make that an essential component of how I interact with others in business and my personal life.
My name is Bryan, and I was born and raised in Orange County, California. I’m of mostly Filipino descent, first generation to be born in the United States and I have an older brother who goes to Berkeley. I pride myself in being a jiu-jitsu player. I’ve been doing it for 10 years as of 2013 and have achieved my blue belt in No-Gi and Gi Jiu Jitsu (I started with No-gi). It taught me how to be humble, not talk in class, and my asthma improved and I started building muscles. I was doing mixed martial arts at 8 years old with my brother and didn’t even know what the UFC was and now I watch if I can catch it on TV. So ya… Osssss. I don’t care to watch any other sports but if I did I’d watch football (but the pace is so slow), basketball second. In grade school I was all about handball, does “slicey” ring a bell?
I listen to a lot of music ranging from alternative to hip hop (with good beats and meaningful lyrics) and through it, I started starting question what I wanted in the future in terms of lifestyle and career choice. I know I did not want to go to college just to go to college and I defiantly did not want a desk job. I could not picture myself happy so I made it certain I will pursue a lifestyle in which I am passionate about my work and I could live up to my own expectations. I later learned this was called an entrepreneur, specifically a “lifestyle entrepreneur.” Since I was a child I knew I was meant to create, I wanted to provide for myself and the people who I care about.
When I was 15, my dad and I drove up to Northern California to attend a live seminar hosted by Brendon Bruchard, a New York Times Best Selling Author and one of my mentors. Boy was that life changing. I don’t really want to get too deep into details but at that time during my sophomore year, I was developing my clothing brand and company – UpHustle. I’m not aggressively pursuing my clothing brand as much but I just promote content from my affiliated skaters and lovely musicians when I get called upon or when I get the chance.
At this time my family moved homes twice, both 8 miles away from school. Thankfully, I was able to attend the same high school even though I no longer lived in the same school district. I was commuting from the next town over to school. During this isolation from my usual high school peer group, I had the time to study, develop, and implement ideas.
Before my first real estate seminar ever, my family and I faced hard times at the height of the real estate crisis in 2008 which lead us to having to sell our suburban home in 2010. I got a reality check by falling down face first into this terrifying experience. I didn’t know what would happen to the house and there was nothing I could really do at the time while still being a high school freshman. Eventually we sold to a family looking to move into the community and we packed up our stuff and rented a townhouse for the next year and a half.
Out of that emotional experience, I created guidelines for my life to ensure this will never happen to me or a loved one again. I need to create a living for myself, one that I will enjoy living. I would never work for someone else in a JOB (Just Over Broke) or go to college just to join the rat race. I did not want to depend on anyone to put bread on my table. I didn’t want to be average either. I always dreamed of living a life doing what I loved and made sure I that would happen. I feel like I was destined to be one of the great ones. I’m capitalizing on all my blessings and opportunities in my path to turn my visions into reality. If I can help it, I want to help others create wealth so they will never let themselves or their families have to face a struggle like mine.
Long story short, my dad took me to a free real estate seminar during the summer right after high school. I was just about to turn 18 and I was the youngest there. We signed up, learned stuff non-stop for 3 full days, and learned more stuff ourselves afterwards, developed and made adjustments to what we knew, connected the dots and BAM! Here I am now.
I feel like the situations I explained above are the most important things about me outside of real estate that made me who I am – and I don’t want to bore you with my real estate story. After all, you will be learning all about what I do through the Bird Dog Flight System.
The purpose of the Bird Dog Flight System is to recommend to you time-tested and proven ways to make money by collecting finder’s fees as a bird dog in real estate. This training also comes with personal development content that I have learned over the years that I use myself. The content I recommend is meant help you become a …. “being of higher consciousness” in your personal and business life. Again, you don’t have to read any of these if you don’t see the value of my good intentions- and I definitely can’t force you to follow my system. I also want to use this as documentation, as living proof of success.
